Your receipt of an order confirmation in any form does not necessarily constitute finality of the sale. Indo-Stone retains the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it for any reason. We may require additional information and/or verification before accepting the order.
Submit your orders online, by fax, phone, mail, or e-mail. Please indicate items, material, finish, texture, and dimensions if applicable. We do accept custom design with a prior arrangement needed, this includes any design shown on our website, any custom variation of a design shown, or your own design concept.
Approximately 1 container 20' Ft. The lead time is 30 Days after deposit received.
To place an order with Indo-Stone, we require a 50% deposit of the total purchased amount. The balance of the order and any associated shipping or sales tax costs would then be due upon completion of the order and before shipping (Ussually 3 days before shipping). We will contact you shortly before completion to arrange final payment and shipping arrangements.
Larger custom projects may have slightly different payment terms and those would be specified within our written price quote for each project. The receipt of your deposit for any given product or project will indicate that you have read and understand our company's Terms & Conditions and agree with them. Please feel free to ask us any questions that you might have.
PACKING & SHIPPING
Shipping, packaging and insurance charges are determined by the size, weight and value of your purchase. Options include blanket wrapped delivery, custom boxing or crating (See picture in the left) and shipped by a reputable carrier.
The shipping cost will be quoted for each design before ordering, upon request. Please discuss with us any special delivery circumstances (such as limited access to the delivery location, stairs, elevators, required time windows, etc.). Shipping charges will be added to the balance payment for the order and are due in full before shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
On all sales, you are responsible for all costs after the ship arrives at the port of international arrivals. These costs can include but may not be limited to customs duty, stevedore, demurrage, warehousing, pick-up, and all landed delivery charges from the port of entry to your final destination. Shipping Charges are never discounted.
We do accept purchased and shipment through LCL thoughout the world, please contact us for further details on charges or port-to-port destination close to you.
You will be quoted an estimated delivery time when your order is ready for shipment. We will provide you with all the information to track and coordinate your delivery time with a reputable shipper. We will be sure to inform you if the ship date changes for any reason.
